Shipping policy

Every Livin’ Bold order comes with the selected planner, keychain, and pen. Each planner is printed to order taking 2 weeks to be processed. After the planners have been processed and received, they will be shipped off to their intended destinations via USPS. Tracking codes will be sent out no later than 3-7 business days after items have been shipped.

Items that are ready-to-ship (i.e. keychains) will generally ship within 2 weeks, or sooner.

To change the shipping address for your order, please email livinboldboxes@gmaill.com as soon as possible using the subject line: Update Shipping Address. You will receive an email to notify the update.

We do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy: All items are final sales. If you receive anything defective with our products, please inform us and we will be glad to send a replacement. Please contact us within 1 week of receiving an item to report a problem at livinboldboxes@gmail.com by providing an image of the damaged item in your initial email.
